After installing or updating to Windows 10, IMAP email accounts in Microsoft Outlook 2007 report the error 800CCC13 when attempting to send email, yet Outlooks own "test email" will send and receive just fine.
The current solution is as follows:
- Right click on your start button
- Choose Command Prompt (Admin)
- When the command prompt opens, type the following "sfc /scannow" without the " marks
- Allow the scan to complete, then reboot
